We’re looking for a Finance Assistant NL, based in Amsterdam
Responsibilities: Within Custom Connect we appreciate colleagues with ambition, a customer first approach and excellent people skills. The candidate should be entrepreneurial — taking initiative should be second nature. In the function of Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for a broad range of finance tasks and you will report to the finance manager. You are a team player but also feel comfortable working independently. Experience with AccountView is preferred. The function is for 40 hours a week for six months, with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- Check and process purchase invoices.
- Prepare payments.
- Process bank statements.
- Accounts payable.
- Prepare purchase orders.
- Accounts receivable.
- Invoicing to customers.
- All other common administrative tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Education Level: MBO
- Language Skills: Dutch and English at least professional level
- Experience with AccountView is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- You are proactive, structured and flexible
- You are professional experienced in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Service is one of your highest standards
- You have a natural customer first mindset
- You have an educational background or experience in the financial administration
section and have multiple years experience in such a profession
